Larry Booton's 2008 Royal Enfield Electra

Larry Booton's 2008 Royal Enfield Electra

This Royal Enfield just arrived today at the shop. It belongs to Larry Booton, a friend from my National Guard unit. Larry has been waiting very patiently for his bikes arrival, and I'm sure he can't wait to ride it.

I spent the better part of the day uncrating, assembling, cleaning and tuning on it to make sure that Larry will be happy with his bike. A few more break-in miles and some paperwork from the DMV and Larry will be ready to roll - and all to the tune of 80 miles per gallon.

Nice!!!

Somehow the export bikes are better looking than the ones for the local market!

Well... I'm sure that the boys at Enfield know that Americans are fat and fickle. Shiney sells here in the good ol' USofA.

And, we do spend a little extra time at the shop putting on a superior shine to each of the bikes we sell.

Congrats to larry.
I just bought a used Enfeild, and she's classic biking nirvana.
